Pre Inspection
We carefully inspect your rug to look for any cleaning concerns and discuss possible options.
Dusting – Dry Soil Removal
Dry soils such as hair, grit and finer particles will be removed from the rug fibers.
Sanitizing Treatment
We apply a sanitizing solution to your rug, which is effective at killing a wide range of harmful organisms.
Hand Washing
Your rug is carefully washed using a variety of processes. We only use the best equipment and detergents!.
Moisture Removal
Our centrifuge machine removes up to 95% of the water from your rug, this reduces drying time.
Stain Guard Protection (Optional Treatment)
We will apply our water based, fluorocarbon stain protector to your rug.
Drying
We hang your rug on our specialist drying rack and groom the pile by hand the in the correct direction so it dries properly.
Final Inspection & Packing
Your rug is vacuumed, closely inspected and then wrapped, ready for collection or delivery.
